Building a "Team Process or Wiki" Layout!

Goals of this recommendation:

• Reinforce training delivered about changes that are happening
• Self-paced learning for individuals that were not able to be a part of training
• Knowledge transfer for new admins/program owners to reduce ramp time

Context:

As CS professionals, we know that change is inevitable and, often, for the better, but it can be difficult for everyone to keep track of all changes in the head - that's where using a layout to outline processes within Catalyst comes in handy!
