Fiscal Quarters for Opp segments

I'm really struggling with Opportunity Management segments because there's no concept of Fiscal Quarter in the filters. Right now we have set the Before/After date filters manually, which then means we have to manually switch them every quarter. Is there any better solution anyone has figured out?
