We create notes for each customer meeting. If there is a cancellation request, we tag the note criteria as "cancellation request". How can I create a module/segment that displays a list of accounts that have a note with this criteria?

Time-Based Criteria for Segments
If I create a calculated field that identifies a number, and I want to segment out accounts if they meet a certain number for x number of days, how would I go about creating this? For example, let's say I want to segment out accounts that return ">10" in a calculated field for 7 days in a row. How do I create that segment?
