I don't think this is currently an option, but we would like to make certain note fields required. Ideally you wouldn't be able to publish the note until a field (e.g. "Meeting Date") is populated. When creating subtasks in a renewal playbook, I do not see an option to arrange them in order. While creating, the order was based on the last subtask that was updated. Ideally, each of these would be in numeric order.
